Evaluation and Due Diligence

We do all the necessary due diligence to learn about your goals and motivations, your company, and the leadership team. We will conduct in-depth interviews with the owners and investors of the business. We will poll the leadership team with a detailed survey and all employees with a less detailed survey to establish a comprehensive baseline.

Next Level Perspective — 2-Day Private Workshop

An initial Two-Day Private Workshop will be conducted with you and your leadership team. At this initial workshop we will facilitate discussions with the entire team around strategy, planning, and building a one-page plan for the organization. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

Quarterly Leadership Rhythm

Two-Day Learning, Review & Planning Sessions will be held each period coinciding with the organization's fiscal year. These sessions are for the company's leadership team and will include a review of the past period and prioritizing and planning a successful next quarter. This rhythm creates accountability and momentum.

Monthly Coaching Calls

In the months between the quarterly meetings we will have Monthly "Executive Coaching Calls." The purpose of these sessions is to coach the leader and the team on the implementation of the program, and act as a sounding board for any other challenges or issues that may arise between quarterly sessions.

Checkups / Assessments

Every six months, the entire leadership team will complete an online assessment to establish the current organizational health and monitor the progress made over time. The assessments used include the Organizational Health Checkup Assessment, providing objective data to guide coaching decisions.

Continuous learning is at the heart of everything we do. Leadership teams will commit to quarterly leadership and growth education, spurred by quarterly goals. This commitment to ongoing development ensures that the gains made during the program are sustained and built upon over time.
